Without a framework in place that defines objectives and includes tools for measuring progress, training alone will more than likely not move a business toward best-in-class status.
Our consulting services are designed for clients who need assistance creating, identifying, and establishing business practices beyond employee development. Our consulting clients partner with us anywhere from several months to several years to reach their business goals.

Holland Resource Updates the Tennessee HRA Statement of Service for FY 09/10 |
The Tennessee HRAs operate under a broad mandate to deliver social services to the 95 counties in Tennessee. Each agency, under the guidance of their governing board, is continuously assessing the needs specific to their area and planning services best suited for their region.
A comprehensive listing of the programs delivered through the HRAs includes hundreds of individual contracts funded through various federal, state, and local sources. These programs illustrate the breadth and depth of expertise represented by the Tennessee HRAs, and the value of service provided to the people in need throughout the state.
Annually, the HRAs prepare a detailed listing of programs and services the HRAs deliver in each country. This includes the value of the service (service dollars), the number of units provided for each service, and the number of people helped. Holland Resource compiles this data and produces an Annual Statement of Services for the Tennessee HRAs. The FY 09/10 Statement of Services is now available from your HRA.
