Developing Through Goal Setting
Any worthwhile process is built around certain criteria to ensure a maximum degree of success. In this session we examine the value of goal setting, types of goals, and their power as motivational forces. You are introduced to the beginning steps of developing your ACTION PLAN where you begin setting concrete goals specific to your personal needs.

 

Managing Your Time Use / Effective Delegation
Time is perishable. Once it is gone it can never be reclaimed. Increase your understanding of time, its uses and abuses, and develop a better understanding of time management while you implement specific steps to improve your time use.
