Obvious Choice

When I was elected president of the Tennessee Association of Human Resource Agencies, my first priority was to establish a common focus and direction for the association. We needed a strategic plan. Building a consensus from nine separate and independent agencies presented many complex and unique challenges. We needed a facilitator with good people skills and the ability to help us achieve a common focus.  Dan Holland was the obvious choice. We now have a comprehensive plan that unifies our nine agencies, establishes direction, and strengthens our association.
