I have a higher level of confidence, I am more decisive, and have a greater knowledge and awareness of potential problems in the office environment.  Our group benefited by hearing everyone's viewpoint on each situation presented, then applying the information individually.  This format was very effective for me.  The material presented encouraged each supervisor/manager to take a critical look at themselves.
