You are a wonderful speaker and I enjoyed this workshop.  Lots of useful information.  I am more effective in management of my time, delegation, and giving better performance appraisals.  Now I constantly strive to set goals for myself in my work and my personal life.  I benefited greatly from the open discussion when you had everyone talk openly to solve a problem.  I will use the program materials as an ongoing source of information when I encounter a problem or situation.  I will look back at my accomplishments as a motivator.
