I liked getting the handouts to use as reference in the future.  The manual and worksheets are very useful.  I learned to have confidence in my decision making, to delegate my workload, and to plan and set goals.  I now plan almost every day to prepare for the next day, week, etc.  Our group is closer now resulting in better communication.
